Ishka Films is an independent film production company established and run by director and cinematographer Mia Mullarkey. Ishka Films is currently producing a feature documentary entitled 'Earthsong', directed by Mia Mullarkey. The film is still at production stages but editing will commence soon. The recently completed film 'Halls Without Walls', a short documentary, received Honorable Mention for Best Short Documentary at the Galway Film Fleadh and DIY Film Festival, while the feature documentary 'The Prodigal Daughter' (a.k.a. 'Familia') was officially selected for Independent's Film Festival and Worldkids International Film Festival.
